I have no idea how this could have ever taken place back before I Retired. Blatant disrespect was ALWAYS met with unwavering discipline. You either did as ordered or you ended up on extra duty without any stripes for the FIRST offense, after that, pack your bags cause you are going back to your Mamma. I always strived to lead by example, work beside my soldiers and treat them with respect, maybe because I was always in a Military Police Unit I NEVER experienced anything like this scenario.
