How can I change my flight times through CWTSato?

I’m needing to change my flight times through CWTSato. However, they are busy with long wait times…. How can I change it? Is there another way to change my flight or a time where they are less busy?

You should call your closest local Sato before the main SATO if possible, they are always less busy.
