Ask and ye shall receive. The head shed made a standard form for all of us to use when dealing with members that violate the standards set for us in the RP 3-1. Now, they have the paper trail needed to easily identify the problem members. Please look it over and direct your questions to this thread. There is also a link to the RP 3-1 standards. See you in the trenches. V/R, Uncle Mark

I guess my time here on RP will shortly come to an end. It was fun while it lasted, lol.

Nice work on the RP3-1 regs. To bad you can't add a CTRL + E eject feature.

I think that form is only for Air Force personnel sir. Not sure as I've never seen it.

So... when does the printable form get released? I assume it's going to look a lot like a "Hurt Feelings Report" that I used to have my LTs fill out when ever they got butthurt...

"In this four-hour block of instruction, we will cover:

1. What is the TPS Report?
2. Who should complete and submit this form?
3. Why do I, as a responsible serving member, give a flying SHPX?
4..."
