Non-deployable Soldiers should not be retained; no offense to anyone.

So I had made a comment to someone and they quickly jump down my throat about this to the point where it makes me wonder how other people feel about it statement. Maybe I am wrong maybe I am not. I want to know how other people feel about it...
So I made a comment about Soldiers who can longer deploy should be put out the Army, now as bad as that sounds I am not saying kick them out on the street. The Army has spent a great amount of money to develop programs to help soldiers transition from soldiers to civilians ACAP, VA Etc. So I am not saying throw them out like a used rag.
I believe non-deployable soldiers who can't ever deploy should be the ones receiving pink slip instead of those service members who are over seas defending this country and putting their life at risk everyday which I have read an article about not that long ago about those soldiers overseas receiving that info because the army is down sizing.
I love all my brother and sister in uniform those past and present, but I believe if you can no longer deploy, I think your time is up in uniform.
Soldiers Creed "I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy, the enemies of the United States of America in close combat." So can a NCO still be a NCO without being able to fulfill the creed of the Non-Commission officer.
How this affects me as well as other deployers. Well when its time to deploy we go over seas with fewer soldiers in the section because of non-deployable soldiers that are in that position/slot. meaning more are covering down and more of a work load for someone else.
One person had said "well why not just give them recruiting jobs or special assignments where they don't have to deploy" Well deploying gets old after being away from your family so many times, what happens when we (deployers) can't be slotted those special assignments where we don't have to deploy because they are all filled.
By no means do I want to offend anyone or think any less of those with illness or injures who can't no longer carry out those duty. I just believe it is unfair for you to hold a position/slot of a place where it can be filled with someone who can accomplish the mission. One day If I can no longer fulfill my duties I will step aside and let someone take it. I love my country and US Army and will find another way to continue serving them. Many retires and veterans still do continue serving by still working with soldiers in many places the USO and many other jobs that the military offer civilians.
Sorry if I have offended anyone or someone close to you but please reply with your comment. I am very open minded and strong skinned so I will not be offended by anything you want to say to me. Also my writing skill are not my strongest skill so please forgive me for any mistakes.

I think being non deployable is the worst thing in the Army. Nothing worst than watching your Soldiers board the plane to deploy and you are in the rear.
I used to work for a SFC that was non deployable and couldn't even wear her vest lol. I was like seriously, why are you even here? Why are you training us on anything and will not be there when it matters the most?
In my eyes if you are non deployable i don't see why the Army doesn't start a chapter packet on the SM or Leader and send them to the house.
There is another way for the Army to downsize right there.
I think you shouldn't be able to get promoted either. Deploying is the biggest and main part of the being a Soldier. Going to war when needed. If you can't go to war or the freaking field for a field problem then why should you be promoted?
