Your question sounds like you get your information from the TV. No, seriously. What do you do to make sure you don't stay biased one way or the other? Where do you get your information from? Don't misunderstand me. I used to be a Democrat but now, recently, I'm the Party of Me and that's because I realize that ALL SIDES HAVE MULTIPLE SIDES. If you stick to that you'll understand how much everybody is being lied to and it's up to you to purposefully arm yourself with the information you need to know vs what they want you to know. A lot of people learn this the hard way and it doesn't have to be like that. You have to work for your information. Don't let them just hand you programming for your own consumption.
For one thing, yes there are racists but Democrats are the worst. The first time I was called the n-word was by a Democrat in 2016. She dared me to think I could leave the Democrat plantation. Yes, the Democrat plantation is a "thing" and it was very difficult leaving it. Trump has his faults but never forget, what they do is they use someone you don't like to implement policies that will affect everyone. Are you prepared to be targeted the same way and using the same tactics that are used against your enemies? I hope so because that's what happens. You'll agree to it only because you don't like the person until it happens to you. It happens all the time. That's how it's done. You just keep that same energy when it's your turn.
Remember that time when Trump said, "if you don't vote for me, you ain't black."? Sounds bad doesn't it? Well that wasn't Trump, it was Biden. Biden made a remark about black kids rubbing the hair on his legs like roaches. He also stated he didn't want his kids to grow up in a racial jungle. Do you know that white Liberals are the ones who "dumb down" their speech when they talk to black people? How many Democrats and Liberals do you think have been caught calling black people the n-word?
If you are choosing sides, you've already lost. I hope you'll reevaluate where you get your information from and broaden your sources. Do what I did and try to understand where others are coming from. Look at things from other people's point of view. Why do the people you disagree with think the way they do? Join groups of people who think differently than you. It has to be a very purposeful effort. Look for commonalities instead of differences. You'll find that we all have more in common than not.
Your tags include the word racism. Do you know where it came from and who started the idea of race? I hope you look into it because it's very enlightening. Did you know that the KKK had two iterations and the first one supported black people? Which party first elected black people to hold office? Where do you think the KKK hoods came from? Did you know that a Democrat helped dedicate the Confederate statue in Baltimore that was removed for being racist? Do you know who was the first to own slaves in America? Your question isn't just a question. It's divisive on its face.

I was initially offended by your response, but I was unable to glean your points as I read on and just became puzzled. So, I will respond in the order of your questions and comments.

I did not see anything other than the intent to subjugate former slaves and other Blacks, but now I want to vomit, so thanks for that. I do know quite a bit about Black slavery, including how it started in the colonies. However, the topic is not one on which I dwell.

He was a disgrace to the presidency and the nation. He should be in jail for the crimes he's committed. He and everyone who is currently holding office should be. Politics are Politics, old men create wars that young men and women must fight. The commanders and chief must lead by example, because the private and sp4 may never get a chance to know him or her up close and personal. All we really know is policy that are put that effect our every day military/veteran lives. He is not my favorite candidate, but I respect the office of the President. My firm belief is that any leader bad or good is chosen by God. Although you maybe active duty or veteran the quote un quote way to make change is by your vote (I didn't vote until after the military). Sometimes we forget that there are 3 branches when laws are made and the President is the face we see more frequently, but keep in mind he really doesn't act alone. No I would not vote for Donald Trump, because when I raised my right hand I pledged to protect against foreign and domestic enemies. I worked down the street from the Capital and I had to work on January 6th. It was the first time since 9/11 that I felt somewhat fearful for democracy. I actually thought the rioters were trying to take over the government. I had to drive through the mess that was taking place normally I would drive to Union Station and park, but I instead drove and parked at my job sight. What is upsetting is the President could have calmed the crowd. I have worked through many protest, but none were as violent as Jan 6th. I don't know how many of you realize or even care that Jan 6th was the first time that the Confederate flag was flown in the Capital!! Anyone who took the military oath to defend should have been appalled! I am not only appalled because I am a African American woman, but because I am a United States Veteran.

At a radar site on top of a mountain in eastern Oregon, for 2 yrs befor we as a unit were retrained in upper New York state, & then our unit was ordered to west Germany for 16 months. While there I was friends with some local German air traffic controllers, (nice guys) and I got to visit some interesting places. While I was on duty one day our traffic controll center received a flight plan from a Great Britian a/c, saying that He was reporting over a certain ck point, but no ome could find him on radar, well the short story is The US AIRFORCE had to intercept this donkey & we had orders from OMAHA NE, to escort this turkey back to London town, on the edge of WW3, there was no news report of this event either.

No cool aid either Matter of fact, I witnessed today the shameful treatment of 3 honorable discharged, veterans combat experienced that were. under oath in the congressional oversight committee hearing, & their testimony was chilling to say the least. In regards to their treatment from the dictatory treat they all had received from the F.B.I., their employer. They all a horror story because they had gone to complain about unlawful acts committed by their supervisors., only to be fired from their jobs without committing any policy provision or anything, They all declared they were whistle blowers, as the laws require. Just another day inside the BIDEN CRIME SCENE, stay tuned for more corruption as time goes by! Oh my vision is great.
