He should examine all the evidence available and if there is sufficient evidence to prosecute he should push for an indictment. If he is convinced that there is not sufficient evidence to prosecute, he should publicly state that finding. The only thing he should not do is keep his mouth shut on the issue.

Capt. Seid. I not even sure if it is or not. I am sure it doesn't matter. H R C is one of the best at getting out of jams or , hell I don't know. If no action is taken justice in America has taken one big hit. How can the JD ever be trusted again. There have been a lot of questionable incidents with this adminstration and the JD. The American public has taken quite a beating the last few years.
