Upon retirement, what was your number one source for reemployment (network of peers, social media sights, career fairs, hiring events)?

My wife was still active-duty when I retired. We PCS'd twice and I had to job hunt twice. Both times I got hired from companies I found at job fairs. In fact, from the second job fair, I had multiple interview opportunities.

I used all of them even a few hiring conferences hosted by veteran recruiting companies ( Orion, Bradley Morris are a couple). Went to a conference Bradley Morris was hosting in Atlanta and was eventually hired by the Toyota plant in Mississippi for a maintenance position. Still there 4 years later. Closest job I could find to working on the flight deck. I still look forward to going to work

I used networking, both professional and personal, in order to find the jobs that I worked after I got out. I think that a big part of finding employment is not necessarily the experience that you have, because everyone can be trained for entry level and a little higher positions, but rather who you know in order to get your foot in the door.

My sister in law found all kinds of jobs for me to review/apply for. I was on linked in, glass door, indeed, and USAjobs every night

Trade school to get more education in the field I wanted. They made it easy, the large tire company came to schools giving interviews and tests. Job search came to me. Stayed 18.5 years and retired again.

IntelligenceCareers.com, Indeed and company websites. I found Career Fairs/Hiring events to be a waste of time.
