What can be done to improve the Space Force dress uniforms? What do you think of them?

Space Force released a prototype of their dress uniforms. I don't 100% hate the jacket, it's certainly unique, but the trousers are terrible. This is really just for fun and get get some general, community feedback.
Jacket: 6.5/10
Pants: .5/10
Overall: NO GO

What can be done? I say "Start over". The overlapping jacket and the weird buttons are just wrong. Completely agree on the pants.

Funny, I would rather have that jacket than the Army Bus Driver Uniform. Yeah, that's what I thought I looked like in it.
Perhaps some colored trim on it, to represent rank category (officer, NCO Enlisted), or occupational specialty (Space Infantry (lol), Pilot, Tech, Medical).

I agree, they should just start over. The uniform is just freaking weird, the color of the slacks don't match. The mess is a mess. What the damn hell??

SSG Gregg Mourizen - Never liked being in dress uniform either, The old WWII dress uniform looked good to me - maybe because My dad wore it? But when I did wear the Greens - I wore it with the pride one displays, with the image of an American Soldier. HOOAH!

Looks like the designer was once working as a hotel bellhop and their favorite book is starship troopers. They then seasoned it to taste with star trek. Yea. Back to the drawing board, please.
