Humility.
A leader should know his own faults. Leave the arrogance in check and realize he/she is part of a team and no more important than anyone else.
Being the boss doesnt mean you cant be humble.

This is something I intensionaly try not to do. The best leaders are never indispensable, because they have dependable people around them that they have given the opertunity to grow.

Great point. I have no respect for a leader that asks someone to do something they are not willing to do themselves.

The ability to serve whether it is in a support role, or behind the scenes.
