Humility.
A leader should know his own faults. Leave the arrogance in check and realize he/she is part of a team and no more important than anyone else.
Being the boss doesnt mean you cant be humble.

This is something I intensionaly try not to do. The best leaders are never indispensable, because they have dependable people around them that they have given the opertunity to grow.

As we've heard via the media the dopey phrase, "Lead from behind", has to be one of the greatest crocks of all time.
It's physically impossible. Next we'll be expected to believe, "less is more".
