Has to be Galaxy Quest. I mean, it would have been a great movie in its own right, but when you know all the backstory, it just makes it that much better.

Even the cattiness. You had Alan Rickman playing as basically two of the Trek actors. One moment, he's channeling the "I am not Spock." Next moment, it's the open hostility Jimmy had toward Bill. And Tony Shalhoub almost always had something he was snacking on, which my understanding is dead on for Walter Koenig walking around at any given convention.
