Doesn't matter if you agree with this move or not - it's been directed and it's happening. What are your suggestions for renaming the following bases?

- Fort Bragg
- Fort Rucker
- Fort Benning
- Fort Gordon
- Fort Hood
- Fort Polk
- Fort A.P. Hill
- Fort Belvoir
- Fort Lee
- Fort Pickett

Why not name after Indian Chief's since the land was actually all theirs.

Here are a few Indian Tribes from California; Fort Morongo, Fort Chumash, Fort Pechanga, Fort Sycuan, Fort Agua Caliente, Fort Pauma, Want more? The chiefs were everyone like Geronimo, Sitting Bull. Crazy Horse, etc.

You Forgot About The Dafagawi Tribes Of Michigan.
They Were Wandering Tribes In Search Of Meat, Fish And Berries For Feeding Their Tribes, And Well Known For Becoming Lost In The Michigan Forests, Therefore Having To Climb To The Very Top Of The Trees, Look Around In Wonder While Repeatedly Asking:
"Hey Dude, Where Dafagawi"?

If you erase history it will repeat itself in TWO(2) GENERATIONS.

No one's even attempting to change or erase history, just to stop celebrating the Traitors that the posts are named after.

Forty McFort as this isn’t a serious resolution of any existing problem.

Instead of renaming them, just have them identify as something more acceptable to modern culture. Fort Benning becomes "A Place of Acceptance", Fort Polk becomes "A Camp of Equity for the Underserved", etc.,
Just add neon, glow in the dark stickers to all the signs. That way we could save all the money and use it for sexual identity misalignment therapy for the school kids.
Or, just ignore the idiots demanding that they be changed.
Yes, that means you Mr. Milley.

I am troubled by all of this. The fact I always remember about our common history as Americans is that the highest casualty count, and rate happened when we were fighting each other during the Civil War. Ft. Lee, Ft. Pickett and Ft. Hood should not be renamed. Of course they are going to be, but gallantry and personal sacrifice should not be forgotten. Hood lost his arm, and his division was left in tatters; Pickett lost nearly an entire corps, and never recovered from the sight of it; and Lee sacrificed everything for his idea of what the Republic really stood for.

I have a suggestion... Leave it alone and stop trying to obliterate history lest we forget!
