SSG Warren Swan Understanding the problem is key. I have been teaching others to control their thoughts for over 5 yrs. The trigger starts the cycle (Who, What, Where or When) your Thoughts about the trigger or heat of the moment #WTF moments drive what you feel (emotions) and what you do (reactions).

SFC Stephen King - If you control your thoughts, are you setting yourself up for more pain later on? That was a big problem for me when I was married. I would give no outward emotion in an attempt to maintain my bearing with someone who doesn't know what that is. Her deal was the longer I stayed quiet, it would be a matter of time before the shit it the fan.

The next time you have a problem with someone first you need to figure what the problem is. Then list the positive change once you resolve it. Express your concern about it calmly. Ask for their perspective(be ready for the answer and control your non verbal communication) Describe the problem to the person accurately and objectively You/LEAD

Well politics happens to be the most divisive subject in the Country, so that's what I voted for. On a personal level, I have only lost 2 friends. 1 friend wouldn't support my choice in a partner and basically said he couldn't be a part of my life as long as she was going to stay in my life. My 2nd friend believes my people are oppressing his people and then he started calling out for the extermination of the white man.
So for me, women and racist rhetoric caused the worst disagreements in my life.

Much happiness I'd wish to you, but DAMN that would be two items that would really shake me down. The day I stop loving white women the same as ANY other woman, I need to start sucking on .45 rounds. Diversity makes people good. Opens eyes, and gives glimpses into the other point of view. You can tell Mini-Farrakhan to chill, or go kick rocks.
