This is a spring-off of SGT Tony Lee Hamilton's favorite Saturday morning cartoon forum. I know you got one, don't be shy!

May be showing my age a bit, but my first was Pong (home version), then ATARI with all the game cartridges...that was heaven! Even as intense and realistic as today's games are...in a lot of ways, I think I liked the old ones better. Oh and my favorite game on Atari was asteroids.

SrA Jeff Campbell, did you say waste?? You might want to consider your words carefully. Wasteful productivity is a better term!

I've never been a console fan. I played Asteroids and Defender in the arcades, but the home console never appealed to me. The PC, however, changed my opinion after I played Wolfenstein and Wing Commander.

Did you know that Wolfenstein was banned in Germany for a while because it gave Germans bad name?

I loved the original Wolfenstein! Never really got into the sequels and add ons though.

I loved Wing Commander Series and played them all. PC Games are always better you just need to upgrade sometimes.

My favorite was SNES. It had a HUGE catalogue of games and most of them were good. IMO someof the best games ever released were on that console. Chrono Trigger, FF 2&3, F-Zero, Act Raiser 1&2, ROTK 2&3, Uncharted Waters... I could go on for days.

Oh those days... When SNES replaced original NES. Me and the boys were going at it for days! A reason to leave the house and hang out with the pack unlike modern times where everything's done remotely

Sgt (Join to see) , I'm jealous. I wish we had one of those in our crew room in A-stan. Would've been much better than Top Gun, Days of Thunder or Pacific Rim on loop... but then again... none of our aircraft would've been fixed...

I think we ought to do a Rallypoint convention just covering classic game consoles, battling each other on all 2-player games. Can you help us substantiate it, LTC Yinon Weiss?

Coleco with the Donkey Kong pack and Mattel’s Intellivison were my consoles. Plus I played lots of games on my Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer back then.
