So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

"Almost 2 generations ago", we were told to, "show respect, pride and if not ship-out! Our military is, "not" the same as it was, and sadly it never will be. Changes are not always a good-thing! Different time, different ideals, stronger family ties with God and country! Our present leaders need to be, "responsible" for their decisions and actions, but, their not!

An absolute disgrace. Uniform infractions, and the totally disregarding of the emotion, tradition, and honor for a fallen brother. If this person is a CSM then CSM must mean "Chicken Shit Moron".
It is a disservice to all of our fallen. She should be drummed out. Perhaps she made her rank because of PC, surely not because of any professionalism.

At first look at the pic from the side, I thought it was a mannequin; it has that pasty look that mannequins do. As I read the story I was surprised to find out she is a soldier (No capital S for her). Having served for over 21 years, and now retired, I am appalled at how she has gotten away with this for so long.

To the Soldiers who see her. It is your duty to correct her. She has made a living do just that and continues doing just that; making sure Soldiers stayed within regulations. She must do the same.

Come on CSM, get right.

Having read the entire post rather than just the title my response was correct/. There is nothing wrong with me. If you are incompetent, then you should not have control over your troops and lead them to their destruction. No combat troops would pay any attention to an incompetent leader..

I believe he thinks you are talking fragging. That worked in Viet Nam, but I don't think it would fly in today's army.

Disrespect for the fallen, disrespect for the uniform, disrespectful for the ranks and all those that have gone before. Could have been a serious blanket party.

If her commander is doing nothing about it then there's the real problem. In a combat area she would not make it out.

I believe he is saying her stupidity would catch up with her, not that her troops would frag her.

I mean that in combat would the people listen to her in a life to death area. I would not Maybe it would come to reliever her of duty. You have to earn the respect of the people that are under you. As for her I would not respect her at all. Would do my best to make sure any problems that came up would be put one her.

Amazing. Looks like she's ready to party right after work with just a shake of her head. It's so obvious she's flaunting it to dare a boss to say something.

First of all, how did she ever make it past Sergeant? I hate to say this, but this is just another example of the problem with leadership in the military. Toxic leadership is prevalent in both officer and NCO ranks. It seems like every week I read an article about some senior commander being relieved of thier duties. It's happening in all branches of the services.

If this post ruins your Army career, Soldier, you have some of the worst senior Non-Coms and Officers in the Army in your unit. Now back to HER career. The Senior Enlisted are supposed to emulate grooming standards posters, not look like a young E-4 just out of the "Magic Shop" (as we used to call the hair and nails treatment place, in the Navy), on her way to a hot date !!
Someone else of the Female Persuasion - maybe a sister Company Top Kick or Sgt Maj needs to take her aside and tell her she HAS to start being CSM materials, and the first part of that is to get a regulation haircut.
She's not a dependent wife, she's supposed to be a leader of the TROOPS !! If her Captain, or Major will not set her straight, she needs to be gently taken out behind the barn by some of her compatriots, and maybe get some "good old religion" exercises.

As I commented, where the hell are her peers? the sevens and eights in this command ought to be taking this to her on a daily basis and pushing it up the chain if there is no result. I would not speak to her without a witness, however. It is too easy in the PC Military to get accused of sexual harassment. Document everything and have a witness always!

Pathetic... but again...how did she become a SGM? Who let her slip on up? I blame the leaders who promoted her.

Senior Leadership has a duty to their troops and should not be in the position to lead if they cannot themselves lead by example. Sounds to be the CSM only got to CSM by way of "I am Woman Watch me Roar". If this would have happened to me I would have turned to the CSM and said "SHUT THE HELL UP" and filed charges against her ASAP. Her showing her Ass like that is just that "Showing her Ass" I had some really great CSMs' during my time in the Army and I can say they always had our backs and if you were wrong you suffered whatever the punishment would be.
