So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

It seems to me that to arrive at that rank and position one would be well aware of the expected standards and what is and what is not regulation. Like anyone else if You can't maintain standards either that needs to be corrected or You need to be removed from Your position. It seems to allow those infractions the Command structure above also failed to maintain standards by allowing that to continue and get out of control and also should not escape responsibility for this unacceptable disregard for the application of regulations being enforced and subject to corrective action themselves. How that happens is beyond Me, never have I seen a person arrive at that rank and not have their appearance squared away and set the example. I hope not too many followed the example that had been set here !

I sincerely hate women like this. They make the rest of us look like crap. She needs to take that fake weed out of her hair it looks ridiculous. And it's definitely out of regulations. She also needs to stop being an asshole because laughing at someone's funeral is seriously not cool. I would've called her out straight up I would've called her out for everyone and I probably would have gone to NJP

Her commanding officer should be reprimanded for allowing her to make such an ass of herself and reflect so poorly on senior NCOS. And she should be busted to E6 AND SHOWN THE FRONT GATE!

Shame on a CSM for this behavior. She needs to retire while she still can. At the very least she should lose her CSM status and give a formal apology to her troops and chain of command for willfull disregard of standards.

What is the Army coming to... I truly don't know what I would do. I'd like to think the right thing.

Does anyone have her current home of service--this should be sent to her Bn. Cmdr's attention and see what is done after it is put on his desk by all who have answered this lack of leadership.

I'm currently retired, but I'm pretty sure this issue was raised and other CSM's knew or potentially heard about it. Reflecting back on my career, I can remember receiving emails from the Chain of Command and observing where the email originated with so many Command Sergeant Major's and Sergeant Major's on the original email. I know they keep in contact and speak to each other on a regular basis. Remember the military is a very small world the longer a soldier stays in on active duty. Yes, ultimately its her responsibility to stay within AR 670-1 as the standard bearer setting the right example and its Army regulation. I may have gotten my ass chewed a little because I wouldn't be scared to do a face to face in a private environment with respect and inform the CSM of her AR 670-1 fault. If your active CSM posting comments here rather than looking her up on AKO and informing her of her faults, that's where the old Army and new Army meet in regards to strong NCO Leadership and failure.

What do you as an NCO think that a Commissioned Officer is saying behind closed doors about this situation? Maybe something like; Officer- "did you see that female CSM's hair"? another Officer responding- "yes, I saw it, I thought one of the CSM's, SGM's or even the 1SG who observed her hair would make an on the spot correction, but they didn't do anything, but come up to me and make a sarcastic comment about her hair instead of correcting her, lol! I approached the female CSM and corrected her though" Good job LT, way to show some leadership, lol"!!!!!

Its up to you as part of the NCO Corps to make these corrections and handle it within NCO's business, not to be placed on a social media website for all Commissioned Officers to sit back have a laugh and then allow a Commissioned Officer take care of the problem(FAIL). When an NCO doesn't take care of soldiers training or take care of business, they failed when a Officer enters the picture taking care of a problem the NCO should have taken care of originally at all rank levels. Any NCO in the chain of Command should always keep their officers informed on training and soldier issues, but its the NCO staying on top of things that should never loose focus of what their main duty is to do.

Do not expect much; the Army is very nearly as corrupt as the Navy; if any "justice" is to be had it must first start with you. you have every right under UCMJ and I'm sure [amplifying regulations in Army Regulations] to #1 have her informally counseled, #2 counseled with a letter, or #3 place her on report. Have your ducks in a row; make sure of witnesses and make sure you remember the old saw '...if you're gonna' shoot the King ya' better kill'im..." Remember, this piece of work is a political creature use that reality against her; she CANNOT afford to establish a history of this sort of thing, right or wrong it will follow her everywhere she goes and she really doesn't want that. This is guerilla warfare now, put toe poppers like that down and sooner than later she will do herself in. Commanders aren't blind. '92 at SIMA Staten Island I took measures against an E/8 Senior Chief Gas Turbine tech for coming into my shop; and threatening one of my sailors with a ball bat after he had a few gurgle burgers too many at the slop shoot. It was long, bitter, and ugly and his whole shop and his Div/O lined behind him. I had to or as a Chief lose the respect of my sailors; even had a Master-Chief tell me that this wouldn't look good for me at the Boards. I gotit' done and paid for it the next year almost no one in the Mess would talk with me. What price are you willing to pay? For my money most Es above 7 are worthless oh there's a few good ones but most of'em are political shit; they're too busy watching their sixes or how they're going to F****k somebody to make it up the next rung. And, CSMs are just about like Command Master Chiefs generally speaking; if you want to keep your business your business as a Sgt.1st or a Chief best to not discuss it around the command MCPO or CSM at all if you don't have to because you can count by the clock on when you'll get a call from 'Charley Oscar' wanting "...to talk with you Chief..." This isn't a man woman thing; the best woman officer i ever had on-board ship was an absolute man eating bitch as Chief Engineer; no one ever go hurt when was CHENG, the plant never went down, and I qualified under her guidance as an underway Engineering Watch Officer, only one of six senior enlisteds in '94 LantFlt that year. What you're dealing with is decades of deprofessionalism of the services all branches, no more Pullers, no more more Halseys, no more LeMays, no more Larry Thornes, just a bunch of civilians in uniform wearing chevrons and shoulder boards that are nothing more than social promotions with really nifty good Power Point Apps on their laptops; they damned well sure and this CSM wouldn't make the grade at Pelelieu or point du Hoc.
