I've often said that in order to defeat ISIS we should cut off the support it is receiving monetarily. The U.S. treasury is conducting an investigation into the International Supply chains and capital flow in the ME.

Maybe because the air bag recall hasn't hit them yet?

My guess is from the citizens and militaries of the ones that are fleeing them. The same place essentially that they have come by American specific vehicles. I have seen pics of them in Fords and even Hummvees. They just take whatever is left behind and paint them black.

Toyota's are excellent vehicles and it would be silly for the Junior Varsity to be seen riding around in anything less. The anti-aircraft weapons were not a listed option for my AWD 6-cyl. RAV4. Otherwise we're very happy with our little Reda...NOT shown above.

You can’t underestimate the value of having a vehicle that is fast, will never break down, and is strong enough to mount a heavy weapon in the back. 4x4 equivalent to the AK-47. If I had to guess Turkey in a oil/truck swap. Funny thing is Toyota makes a van called the Isis.

A Toyota is included with the deluxe terrorist starter kit - 23 mm ZU-23-2 light anti-aircraft gun not included sold separately.

Toyota/Hiluxs have been running around the Middle East for some time. Many that have been deployed have seen Corollas running trails in the mountains of Afghanistan. Nothing really new, but new model year vehicles are a little more odd

They get a lot of their equipment from the Iraq Gov't. The equipment is either abandoned by fleeing troops or stolen by agents within the Iraqi MoD.

*I refuse to answer this question honestly as "big brother" is watching, and I don't want the CIA to kick in my door. I am certain these vehicles have in no way passed through American hands. God bless America, bald eagles and mullets*

CPT (Join to see) - My guess is that they simply take them from the local population. There is certainly no shortage of Toyota trucks in that region.

COL Jean (John) F. B. I would agree to that to some extent however pictures of a fleet of matching toyota trucks occupied by ISIS members (unless it was photo shopped) seem strange to view, without wondering how this came about.

CPT (Join to see) - I think they probably commandeered fleet vehicles and private vehicles alike.

I guess they are some pretty damn good vehicle and well suited for that part of the world but I don't see Toyota putting this on their Advertising in the Near Future "Toyota the Choice of Islamic Fascist" OMG!
