Sgt Spencer Sikder VA seems to keep pushing up bureaucrats who gave questionable prior testimony. Difficult to see how the VA problems will be solved.

It's time for some major house cleaning sir! The kind where incompetent, underhanded idiots start losing their jobs instead of reshuffling the deck through the f-up, move-up 2-step shuffle that has been going on all these years.

Col Lenertz you are right. But I believe most of all it's the unions you can't fire anyone without an act of congress. I believe that if we would treat all administrators like soldiers and rotate them every three years. This would stop all this clicks we have at hospitals.

SFC Dave Wynn, I couldn't agree with you more. I always advocated senior leadership should rotate every 3 years, just like it was in my Marine Corps. It would prevent much of what happens with entrenchment mentality

Why is it VA Leadership continues to do things which bring disgrace upon the organization?

There is a growing sense within those high up in the government, that they are above the law. They see the number of failures and illegal actions that go unpunished, and they become confident they won't be held accountable. And under the current administration, at least, they are correct.

They need an incentive to learn, and as i see it, the incentive is to do what is politically expedient, not morally appropriate in the least of considerations!

They are all about themselves, greedy and probably have never served, as most of our politicians.
