Would I be able to get a military protective order or military no contact order against a civilian/civilians who aren’t military affiliated?

My in-laws are nuts and my wife and I just wanna be left alone. Could I get an MPO against them in order to get them to leave us alone?

You need a civilian restraining order. Your Commander has no jurisdiction over your in laws

MPO's don't have any affect on Civilians as effectively what they are is a written order from a commander stipulating that one Soldier is not to make contact with another person which may or may not be military themselves without informing the commander or designated individual usually the 1SG or CSM prior to the contact or of any unintended contacts.
You should reach out to your local JAG office regarding any legal advice pertinent to this situation, and they will likely inform you to contact a Civilian attorney and/or local court and law enforcement agency regarding an Order of Protection, No Contact Order, or Restraining Order as it applies to your respective State.
It would do you well to begin documenting any threatening or harassing incidents involving the other party for the future.

You can try contacting the Provost Marshall about this but I suspect since they are civilians you will have to get a protective order from the local police.

SGT(P) (Join to see) - Perhaps, but all the phones I've had have a nifty feature that when I pick it up and it's someone I don't want to talk to I can immediately end the conversation. :) As MSG (Join to see) points out, I can then stop that number from calling me again.

Seriously. If the contact is only by phone, this is a problem you and your wife can solve. Don't bother your CoC to fix problems you can and should solve yourself, particularly in a leadership position. You might inform your CoC, but this is a problem you can solve.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - He mentioned in another reply that it is social media too, if I were him I'd get off of most, if not all social media. That stops that avenue. Change phone numbers and emails and only give them to their CoC and people they can really trust.
If these people are doing what he is describing a legal no contact order isn't going to work. They are just going to continue harass them and and just make it difficult to prove it was them. The bast way is to make it difficult for them to find him to contact him at all. Notify the CoC about the craziness if they start calling the unit. if they start harassing the SM over official government lines, well then the CoC has something they actually have ways to deal with.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - I actually had to do that for several years with a member of my family. It wasn't "fun" but it established boundaries that allowed us to continue our relationship in a more healthy manner.

The command could probably declare them persona non gratis aboard the installation. A better course of action may be to discuss having a civilian attorney file a restraining order. That would apply on base and off.

His Garrison Commander would have that authority to bar them from the installation, but they would need to know why. The Civilian jurisdiction Would be the right starting point then use that to get the bar letter. Depending on Senior Commander, they may want to know why. I barred several from the Installation I commanded.

You said everything was going on over the phone. If it’s coming in on cell phones, then block their numbers. Send their emails to the Spam folder or automatically delete them. If threats to life or property are made using cell phones or internet report these threats to local law enforcement or the FBI.

They just make fake social media accounts and used different apps that generate random phone numbers for them to contact us. We have been actively doing what you said but I just don’t know what else to do at this point.

[~1296801:CPL Hunter Harper. Sorry to hear they are breaking through. Close your social media accounts. Many of us lived for decades without social media. Also file complaints with the FCC and FBI. Get an order of protection from local Court. Once they violate it, you can involve local law enforcement.
