Thank you CPT Kelly Perdew for joining us today.
As a former active duty service-member turned engineer, I've personally benefited from the education programs through the VA. But it's a daunting hill to climb for many just ETS'ing. With a former company, I was able to participate in a program called ACP, which was outside my group of peers and friends to help aid returning veterans in getting "plugged into the system" both via VA, and getting a workable plan together for their futures.
What support do you see President Trump offering to strengthen not only care for our returning warriors, but also in helping them transition back into civilian life and draw from their experiences? Yes, typing "President Trump" get's my old Red, White, and Blue pumping! HOOAH!

I am a 100 percent service disabled WW Two veteran living in Trinka Davis Veterans Village by far the best VA Nursing Home in the country. It was built with private money on time and on budget and donated to the VA. It could well be a model for future VA Nursing Homes if more are to be built to house seriously service disabled veterans who require this kind of care. I was so impressed that I wrote a book about it called "Just Before Taps" that is available on Amazon and in bookstores. What are President Trump's intentions as it applies to the construction of future VA Nursing Homes?

I think it prudent to mix business and military thoughts to achieve a sustainable secure and economically feasible environment. As an general officer advisor and consultant, and small businessman myself, I understand the when and the why. Would like to have the opportunity to prove it for my country again! Maybe we should chat Mr. Perdew. Reach me at [login to see]

Being a leader is not an easy task. I haven't been around the POTUS -elect, but what see of him and the way is steadfast, sure of foot decisions also, he will ask you what could you have done better, and let you describe what faults were made to could be corrected. I see that he is a fair and direct leader. He what will do and perform the task. Remember, the is a corporation as well as a country. I think he will do well. We gave Me. Obama a chance, let us give a shot to what he can do.

1. As a former military intelligence officer, what's your take on President elect Trumps unfavorable comments on the various government intelligence agencies. For example, do his comments reflect his true beliefs as to the competency of these agencies?
2. Why do you think the President elect has selected so many former military for his cabinet? I won't ask you why they are Army and Marines, :)?
