"Majid Khan struggled with his identity when he was young. And then he realized exactly who he wanted to be – a member of Al Qaeda, carrying out orders for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. He did bad things. But are the things that the U.S. Government did to him worse than his actual crimes?"

He was a member of the terrorist group bound to kill all American and all infidels...he got caught and was brought to Guantanamo Bay to extract info. I see no problem with this as the data gathered probably save numerous American lives...PERIOD! If he carried out orders for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (Operational Planner and one of the masterminds of 9/11...do we need a quick history lesson on that) then we know of his brutal crimes! His crimes probably include everything the Koran tells them to do to rape, murder, torture, mercy kill et al, and then lie about it all in the name of Allah. SO no, it isn't worse if it saved my fellow brethren's lives and I have no problem with Guantanamo Bay!
