When I first saw this title I had mixed emotions of good and bad. After reading the article one quote got me: "Locally controlled police are integral to a free society.", well this quote wone me over. While it can be misused, it won't be any more misused than what the DOJ, FBI, CIA, and IRS are currently abusing the legal system.

State’s rights. People are starting to take back control of their locations. This I believe is a needed event.
