Gradually it is going to occur to Musk that litigiousness will affect his bottom line if they let every nut case say what they want. When there is a bad outcome, Twitter is likely to be sued. Plus there are other countries who have much stricter laws than we do here. He is going to have to adapt if he wants to expand his revenue which has shrunk to very little
