Why does Biden always want to stick taxpayers with the cost for other peoples errors or problems caused by other people, wether those errors are student loans or a ship tearing a bridge apart?

SIR, Simply because, that HE is KING of the USA, not the President.. And because He doesn't have the mental acuity required to manage a small grocery store, & yes, He takes care of His friend's.

Amn Roger Omberg - Biden dosen't have the mental ability to have a job refilling ketchup bottles at a greasy spoon restaurant.

Obviously it won't be enough, but insurance from the shipping vessels owner should be first. I'm not sure the country where the vessel is flagged would have any responsibility unless it could be proved their laws allowed a non sea worthy vessel to operate globally and I doubt that's the case.

If I remember correctly, it was Obama who forced the BRITISH Petroleum oil company to pay Him 20 billion dollars after the oil well blowout in the Gulf of Mexico developed, then afterwards the removal, & the resealing process took place. Ny Son was the engineer that finally planned, & developed the lid that is still in place, because the first 6 tries failed to hold because the pressure is very strong down that far. on the floor of the Gulf of Mexico.
