Troops would automatically be enrolled in VA health care under House plan

I think this is a good initiative in order to offer transitioning service members default access to VA health care. This could save each Veteran a couple of thousand dollars in health care costs annually. I know it's controversial, but I'll go out on a limb and say I approve. What say you, RallyPoint members?
