It's being reported he made 'unprofessional remarks' in the work place and that led to the Navy's loss of confidence in him.

Loss of confidence is such a chicken shit term Brother Dale. Anything can fall under that wording. I don't know how he reached that low of a point after all the clawing up he had to do to get to where he was.
