Out of fairness, he should be given the same treatment as officers who commit misconduct.

Agree - Misconduct is the same regardless of rank. Furthermore, an Air Force Chief knows the rules and should not be given a free pass. From the limited info given, it is impossible to know what actually took place, but from the implications, it probably involved an improper sexual encounter, which could involve more serious charges, particularly if he was married. I agree wholeheartedly that he should receive the same treatment that any other person received in the pass, according to the UCMJ. His actions violated the UCMJ, as well as the Chief's Creed, and other publications referring to the conduct of Senior NCOs.

Thanks Major Landgren - You are correct in your statement - Due Process was expected to take place.

I wonder how many times he told his Airmen to "do the right thing"?
