Playing a superhero is no easy task -- just ask Gal Gadot. The actress not only has the pressure of being the ONLY live-action Wonder Woman to grace the big screen, but Warner Bros. often imposes some pretty strict rules when it comes to portraying the hero.
Unlike other heroes like Batman and Iron Man, when Wonder Woman is in action, she has no mask covering her face. No doubt Ms. Gadot must submit to a lot of routines that we mere mortals wouldn't tolerate to be in shape for her role as WW. But, from I've read of her, she seems like a genuinely nice, level headed person. She's a mother and she did her duty by serving as an Israeli soldier (weapons instructor), which I respect. So IMHO she deserves her success, whatever it has cost her. The story about Ms. Gadot that comes to mind is that when she was filming in the Washington DC area, she dressed up in her Wonder Woman outfit and visited the children's ward of a local Virginia hospital to give the kids some comfort and a thrill. Can't think of many movie stars that would do that.
