I am well aware that I'm a bit of a curmudgeon when it comes to these things but I can't get past the hand or neck tattoos.

Compared to MS-13 a single small neck tattoo wouldn't even be noticed.

I guess the big question is how long will this last before Carl shows up with tats that are questionable in nature, questionable in size, and questionable in respect to the regs?

Finally! Although, special duties such as instructor duty will still screen you for visible tattoos.

I beleive they shouldn't allow the neck tattoos my 10 cents. All because it won't help getting a job. I am hoping it spreads to the Marine Corp. i know plenty of people who have 1/2,1/4,and full sleeves it doesn't make them less of a Marine the Branches need to stop with this dog a pony s$&! And worry about being an effective fighting force.
