That was great news to read PO1 William "Chip" Nagel that "Basim Muhammad Ahmad Sultan al-Bajari, the deputy minister of war for ISIS, and Hatim Talib al-Hamduni, another military commander in Mosul" were killed on June 25. My classmate and old friend GEN Joe Votel is the current commander of CENTCOM and I expect he was involved in the decision which led to the demise of those two ISIS "leaders".
