This is a amazing historical site and should be protected as such by the federal government.
The only area in the USA where a nuclear bomb struck. I'm sure there was and still is much
embarrassment that the nuclear weapon was dropped on America by a U.S. B-47 aircraft but
the bomb strike site is military history. I'm surprised Hollywood did not make a movie about
this nuclear bomb drop on South Carolina.

Really interesting article, SGT (Join to see). Based on the photos in the article, I don't think it's much of an attraction any longer (not that it ever was officially).
