One possible story line:
Keep them fenced in & blockaded and let the non-productive rabble rousers starve til they quit. Just saw an article yesterday saying CA has as many (legal) guns as China. I'd bet they won't be found in the "occupied" protest zones. And when the lawless start eating their own, they'd wish they believed in the 2nd Amendment.

California is failing as a state. It's debt is unsustainable without federal intervention. It's schools receive most of their funding from the feds. How could it function after letting go of the federal tit? If they succeed in abandoning statehood, the feds should occupy California and appoint a territorial government.
