Police: Soldier steals armored vehicle from Fort Pickett National Guard base in Virginia

I've read that the driver is an Army 1LT. He stopped in downtown Richmond. When he stopped and got out, police employed a taser and a fur missile to subdue him.

Oh,yeah...i forgot about that one...just wasn't there some craaynyoutbube clip showing some Bozo driving a tank over a divider somewhere in Georgia or Calif awhile back? It just sticks in my memory, I'll try to find it....
