"Truth isn't truth." The epitaph of our generation. And pretty much how it's been going. He'd be so much better off if he would stay off Twitter and do Pres stuff instead of acting like he's running his own reality TV show.

SrA John Monette - You mean the last 18 months of economic growth? The upswing in employment? The fact that he has put America first again? That kind of responsibility or the facade and sky is falling mentality the media outlets want people to believe?

Again, all those things are cyclical. I truly believe the only one he puts first is himself. he could not care less what happens to you or me or anyone outside of his family. I don't think he really cares about what happens to his family, either. he is going to do what is best for HIM, and nobody else.

SGT Cort Landry - I've seen several pieces in the Washington Post on his accomplishments. And NYTimes too. Not sure if there have been any on CNN, but then I don't follow them. But then your financial investments had already improved. They did not start improving the last 18 months and if they had it's not a thing he did. His budget did not even take effect until Oct of 2017, until then it was an Obama budget. It's a trend--it doesn't stop or start when a person becomes President. If it did, it would not have taken Obama until 2012 to pull us out of the recession. I promise you we haven't seen the results of the trade wars yet. I'm glad your bank account has improved, but the credit is way too much on the person.

The best way not to fall for a 'perjury trap' is to not commit perjury.

When he believes the lies he continuously spouts, he really doesn't think it's perjury.

Not commit perjury would require Trump to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I don’t believe he is capable of telling all the truth . This is just my opinion.

We have spent a lot of money in the Mueller probe and the best they are looking at is perjury? Whether you like Trump or not, this pretty much proves this has been a witch hunt since Nov 2016 of the losing side. I have not been pleased with how somethings have been handled on Twitter however I am not interested in going through the schism of losing a President over perjury.

SPC Kevin Ford - Who is the definitive source that has stated trump is not using American banks or that he is low on money? Prior to the election, his company spent over 100 million on developing a golf course out of company funds, not a bank loan. Trump personally spent millions of his own money for the campaign prior to the primary. Regarding bankruptcy's, personal and company are 2 different things. Trump's personal wealth wasn't affected. As for Obama, he went from approx. 2 million before he was elected to over 12 million when he left office. In other words, he profited from the Presidency. A "whole lot of people". Gates and Manafort weren't charged with anything involving Russians and the campaign. Exactly what shows that any of them had anything to do with hacking the election which is the central point of the investigation. As for the Russians favoring anyone, the reports also stated they favored Bernie Sanders and there were adds attacking conservatives as well. While I agree that Trump has made a lot of stupid moves and statements, that doesn't mean he knowingly did anything illegal.

MSG (Join to see) - Sure, Trump could be an extremely negligent doofus who unknowingly stumbled around and surrounded himself a bunch of criminals, grifters and people compromised by a hostile foreign power.

Unfortunately, these days that's our best case scenario. As more and more criminals, grifters and compromised people are discovered it seems to be vanishingly likely that's what it will turn out to be. The next best case scenario, the one I feel is most likely, is that Trump is just a self interested corrupt con man that is willing to do good things for anyone, including Russia, if he feels it is in his personal interest.

SPC Kevin Ford - Trump is and has always been a businessman. He was never a politician. He surrounded himself with people who had business backgrounds and were successful in their fields. Many of the those were not personally known to him, they were recommended. Some worked with foreign governments previously and apparently the government never said anything about it (a number of them had received clearances under the previous admin and had worked with Foreign governments under Bush and Obama). BLUF, every admin has had it's share of shady people including Obama's. A big difference here is the spotlight has been on Trump and his admin from day 1. As you may recall, everything that Russia is accused of doing, occurred under Obama. As for Trump, please name what exactly he has done for Russia? Has he sold them Uranium? Did he allow Russia to conduct cyberattacks? (https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=obama+and+russia&view=detail&mid=27EA7206609D20B3FB0A27EA7206609D20B3FB0A&FORM=VIRE)

MAJ Byron Oyler - We didn't fry Obama over this? What are you talking about? Hey I'm the president with an election pending. We can talk now but what would it matter if you're dealing with a different president in a few months. So lets wait till after the election and if I'm still president we can continue discussing this.
Yeah I'm pretty sure that is the context of the lil hot mic where both knew they could be heard. You and Cristofaro can continue to support Trump and the corrupt elements of government as much as you want; but there is a difference between basic politics and meltdown corruption that you continue to defend.
