Thank you my friend SSG(P) (Join to see) for making us aware that "Tyndall Air Force Base, which sits across the bay from Panama City, posted on its Facebook page that the base sustained extensive damage. A wind gust of 129 mph was measured at the base. No injuries were reported."

Military base infrastructure tends to be robust - especially for bases close to the oceans [mainly Navy bases including Marine bases. Power tends to be affected more readily and water can become contaminated. Yet the buildings tend to withstand the onslaught of winds and rains [windows excepted]

My wife was living in Florida during Hurricane Andrew which wreaked havoc at Homestead AFB in 1992.
Thank you for mentioning me SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL

LORD, I pray that each person exposed to the threats of this hurricane and related events is exercising wisdom and not taking unnecessary risks. I pray that YOU protect the children and not let them wander in the storm. In the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.
