This is indeed very concerning especially for veterans receiving the bulk of their care from the VA.

This is why I'm slow to totally jump on his bandwagon. He speaks one thing but implements programs and policy that go in the entirely opposite direction. As article points out these cuts are right in line with GOP goals but Trump does nothing to stop them despite his claimed love for the military. Interesting political ad running in Florida about how Trump wants to protect Social Security and Medicare but his hand picked and endorsed candidate for Governor is running on making massive changes and cuts to them. A senior saying that's not what Trump wants is how ad ends. Seems a pretty dumb thing to run on in a state like Florida, but again that's the GOP agenda and Trump won't do anything to stop it despite the fact he claims to not want to make cuts.
