Not so much Kickbacks, it's the environmental people don't want them built. On the good note, natives are getting involved with the oil process so they will get money but you also have natives that are paid off by Greenpeace and Paseo pack members to fight the oil pipeline from going through their territory.

My last message was garbled. Some indigenous tribes are for the pipeline but I suspect that some of the tribes are influenced by Greenpeace, OPEC or their Chiefs just don't want it built. Here's an example of the fighting in between indigenous groups where one indigenous group wants it and the other one don't want it because they believe like AOC or they have other reasons and resentments.

Locals being paid off foreign people. It makes sense, if you have OPEC and Russia giving money to environmental groups that stops use Pipelines, they end up buying oil from them as well. Yes, before the Permian Discovery, Canada was a democratic country that was going to export its extra oil to the us so we would not be dependent on tyrants like Iran, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia nor Russia not to mention most of OPEC who is not democratic. Now, we are self-sufficient for Canada can't even export it to places like China and India that will appreciate the oil because the Liberal Party of Canada has elements of the leftist type that are pushing for regulations to prohibit supertankers from coming into Vancouver to export the oil. So on one hand, you're the Prime Minister who nationalized and oil projects that still fighting regulations at the same time elements in his party is trying to pass a law that would prevent the oil tankers from taking that oil. That's the warning I'm trying to give you all if we allow more socialist to win government offices or if we elect a socialist president. I am aware that President Trump has stopped for oil purchases from Venezuela to make a change of government more likely.
