Thank you, my friend SGT John " Mac " McConnell for sharing the word of the day for April 23, 2019 namely the adjective inexorable which seems like a word former VPOTUS Spiro Agnew might have used in conjunction with nattering nabobs of negativism :-)
Igor the Ignorant intended to irritate ignoble itinerants in Illinois, Indiana and Idaho and yet he was foiled by Ichabod Crane the Inexorable :-)

This song is relentless or more likely inexorable as it is named :-)
Steel Raiser - Inexorable
Artist : Steel Raiser (Italy).
Genre : Heavy/Power Metal.
Album : Unstoppable (June 26th, 2015).

In the movie, Hang em High, Jed Cooper (Clint Eastwood) has an inexorable pursuit of the men who wrongly hanged him.

Yeah, once in awhile, generally, in fact, he has that necessary film personality to achieve that, I've observed....though my all time favorite is Kelly's Heroes, of all his flicks....

The left seems to think that climate change is reversible. I believe it is inexorable but not in one direction; it has swung back and forth like a pendulum long before man had an impact upon it.

Ya know, it's funny you say that, when I finally learned the physics of a pendulum, I was actually quite astonished at the complexity needed to even remotely describe it accurately, and not using approximations, which every first year college science student supposed correct, but which actually turn out to be completely wrong as well as grossly oversimplified...belief doesn't enter science, belief to my mind is a purely metaphysical term totally inconsistent with science, at least to my mind, I deliberately speak of being either convinced or unconvinced, only...climate change happens for reasons of pure nonlinear dynamic chaos theory, it's quite real, I've studied under experts who've studied it, and taken considerable grad coursework on upper atmospheric chemistry needed to even remotely understand it's processes, I've also read extensively on mesoscale as well as synoptic meteorology, as well as numerical techniques used in atmospheric modeling, I've worked with and under some of the very best in the world on such ttopjcs, I assure you, most haven't, which is why explaining climatic change coherently to most tends to be quite impossible, I'm afrajd, I wish the topic weren't that involved, however, I can most definitely assure you it is, honest, just some thoughts I figured might interest, mixed with some of my own painstakingly garnered scientific perspective accumulated along the way....
