Jefe education is the right way to go cupeled with keep them so busy they only take their clothes off when they shower. Sex is a luxury, PVT's, Airmen, etc... should not have the time for such a luxury. They should at least be a sr CPL before they can have sex and then it should be highly regulated and once they achieve a pay grade of E5 or higher they are allowed to have a partner with their aforementioned sex.

CW5 Jack Cardwell - Jefe the only female I saw in basic training was the old Korean lady in the chow hall. She hated PVT's, it is amazing how the hierarchy of needs kicks in when things get mean and ugly. For me the positions may have changed but my hierarchy of needs then was food, sleep and staying out of the Drill Instructors field of fire.
