IDLE Threats...not gonna happen...cause if they try, when the Reps take back the house eventually it will go back to where it needed to stay in the first place and they don't want to open that Pandoras box. We have three seperate branches for a reason...checks and balances.

I am absolutely amazed that people who have been elected to the highest posts in our government didn’t listen in fourth grade civics class. I learned about:
Three separate independent government bodies.
Electoral College.
Checks and balances.
But we have five Democratic Senators that don’t understand it, and they even put forward a Presidential candidate that didn’t understand the Electoral College? How does this happen?

Does anyone seriously think that if such a magic wand could be wielded to remake the Supreme Court that THIS issue would stop them from doing so?
I don't.
What they really want is for the SC to not set a precedent that they could not overturn in a lower court. That is the real deal here.

PO3 Bob McCord - That is not true. Those federal bench appointments are lifetime appointments. It would be more accurate to say that Trump is appointing people who break up the lockdown that liberal judges have held on some appeals courts, notably the 9th Circuit.

PO3 Bob McCord - What you said was "Trump is slowly getting rid of Obama appointees in the lower courts". Trump is not removing anyone from those courts. He does get to nominate replacements as they retire, move on to different appointments, or die.
