Good RED Friday COL Mikel J. Burroughs Currently at 20 degrees in Northern VA. What you feed and water or what you reinforce is what flourishes. We are like every other living thing, we learn to live on what we have available to us; feed our spirit and we are generous, feed our greed and the result is to be expected. Organizations too are this way. I've seen squadrons led by selfish, self centered people and the results are not good...a squadron, a business, needs to be fed well to flourish.

Good morning Colonel and everyone at Rally Point. It take two or more people to built a relationship and so does flourishing. It is not a lone task but and effort by a group.
I have been away from H.Q. in Yuma for the past week and in and out during that time. I have been remiss in my postings and answering many posts. For that I apologize. I am finally through with the project I was working on and my portion is now complete, all paperwork submitted and employees paid all before the Christmas Holiday.
I and my wife, Lory, want to wish each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas and a God filled New Year. May the blessings of our Risen Savior be with you all and peace reign upon your house.
