I expect you are thankful for your ability to see whether or not you have good vision and that you marvel at the pleasant sights of loved ones enjoying themselves, and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation all around us Steven.
I pray that you and I are blessed by the LORD with eyes to see what the Holy Spirit reveals to us each day and that we act as quickly as we can in response to HIS prompting, my brother-in-Christ 1SG Steven Imerman.
I lift veterans, service members, and each other person who has difficulty seeing to YOU dear God. I pray that those who were exposed to chemical agents which burned our eyes are blessed by YOU. Generally, YOU strengthen other senses when one is afflicted.
I lift those whose vision for their lives, their families, their endeavors have been disturbed. stalled or shattered. I pray that YOU restore the years the locusts have eaten and give each hope in YOU and YOU bless them with vision which YOU shall fulfill.
I thank YOU dear God that YOU Holy Spirit dwell with the soul of each adopted son and daughter of YOU. YOU sanctify each one of us individually and corporately. YOU motivate us individually and corporately to assist others in need. YOU know our needs long before we do, and YOU move heaven and earth to meet our needs in YOUR perfect timing.
I lift parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and teachers to YOU. Help us to train up each child with wisdom and discernment. Good Sunday morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs You are definitely on the "senses track" this week. We are so blessed to be able to see and yet, there is so much our eyes pass over without really seeing; our vision is only where we focus. Much of what impacts our lives are things we cannot see: our beliefs, love, God, etc. And then there are the things out in open view and yet we fail to see them perhaps because they are too familiar to us. Try to look today with the eyes of a child in which everything is new and fascinating...
