Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs Its a Sunday-Monday here. The quiet is just amazing.
Feelings...in the resiliency workshops we teach people to face what they feel and that there are no "bad" feelings but sometimes bad actions. If you can't be honest with yourself about what you feel you will struggle with inappropriate responses to what is around you. It's okay to be sad, angry, afraid, depressed but figure out which one it is and then what you want to do with or about it. Sometimes just figuring it out is enough. And when your feelings are good, celebrate them. Don't take them for granted.

I pray for wisdom for the Federal government officials focused on improving health and safety in this nation. I pray the media will become more responsible in reporting and the newscasters will resist the temptation to exacerbate the situation.
I lift the people devoted to the Word of faith preachers to YOU. I pray that YOU give them eyes to see YOUR truth, ears to recognize YOUR truth and lead as many as possible away from false gospels.
