I will be very upset if their only "penalty" is dismissal from West Point, pay back the costs incurred while there, and a honorable discharge. It sounds like they were conspiring to do something, but didn't get to do the job. Why not let them bring them on, and then bring the hammer on them?

I just saw this post SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL after posting about a Naval Academy Midshipman. As SSG Warren Swan out with the sewage!

SSG Warren Swan
WTF is going on these days? We have as a military always had massive screw ups, but have we had this many in a short amount of time? Seems we can’t go a month without something.
On a side note what is the count for the 82’ds screwupometer? I’m sure they want a pass.

Okay SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL since the class of 2016 has already graduated one of these suspects is a 2LT and the rest are still USMA cadets. All are subject to the military justice system. Let the military prosecutors do their job as far as I am concerned.
