When prosecutorial misconduct happens, people who commit criminal acts will get away with it. I don't like that they got away with it but I agree that prosecutorial misconduct is a larger issue that must not be allowed to stand.

Vast, vast difference between the two situations. Bundy was not threatening, not hurting anyone, whereas the riots in Portland were and are as the mobs roam about destroying federal property, assaulting citizens and businesses.
