When prosecutorial misconduct happens, people who commit criminal acts will get away with it. I don't like that they got away with it but I agree that prosecutorial misconduct is a larger issue that must not be allowed to stand.

The Judicial branch has been gathering improper powers to itself for years. Judges that try to Legislate, their personal opinions, from bench need to be purged.
