Biden’s plan will almost certainly make the deficit worse. Though the plan contains various tax increases to fund its programs, the taxes are likely to fall well short of government outlays, economists say.
“The laws of economics are more rigid than the laws of the federal government, and these tax hikes are unlikely to yield the windfall Biden expects,” Joshua Jahani, the managing director of Jahani and Associates, noted in a recent NBC News article.

Has anyone seen what the “actual” selling values are for gold and silver........this speaks volumes as Biden rushes to collapse the dollar.

"Keep your powder dry." Sound advice because when (not IF) our economy and the dollar's value collapses, we may well see pure anarchy. If I were to invest in precious metals like gold ... what would I do? Throw it at a looter? So, my precious metal investments have been for a long while, in "lead' - aka, AMMO.

I had some jerk arguing a few years ago that if he had gold, he could buy whatever he needed. I asked if he would trade a pound of gold, for a pound of food, if e was hungry enough. With severe food and other shortages, it is just a burden to haul around.
