Concerns are not only warranted, but probably understated. I remember under Carter - we MP's had NO ammo for annual qualifications, and no fuel for FTX and ARTEP evaluations. Even our patrols had to ration gas by not leaving cars run during traffic observation in the Virginia summers, and doing more foot patrols though foot patrols was a good thing regardless.
I suspect it will get far worse under Biden and have an exponentially bigger impact on combat units, the Air Force and Navy especially.
