MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. had the exact same thing happen to the commander of the 3rd COSCOM. He enjoyed berating anyone lower then he was, was found guilty of misappropriation of funds, was forced to apologize to a MSG from V-Corps HQ in front of the whole G3 section. That was the section the MSG was in. The Corps Cdr was there also. Abused his power and he was already on the 3-star list when the IG delivered their findings. His promotion was withheld for 1 year and that was all. Thank God his promotion meant he lost his command. He ended up at the pentagon. He should have been lined up in front of a firing squad.
