For those who want to say that this is somehow taking away Soldiers rights, the Commander has an obligation to keep Soldiers protected. If you can't or won't get a vaccine, you're at a higher risk of dying. Just like you wouldn't let your children play in the street when cars are coming, Commanders are doing what they have to do to keep people safe. That includes rolling back restrictions to what they were before the vaccine came out.

For those who think this is Draconian, here in Italy the police can stop you and ask to see your vaccine card. If you're in a restaurant or walking around without a mask and you're unvaccinated, you'll be fined.

SFC (Join to see) - From your post "If you don't trust the vaccine, how do you trust the treatment (which also isn't FDA fully certified)." Veklury is fully "certified" or "approved" and is not being administered under a emergency use authorization.
I'm not sure of your point in bringing up vitamins and OTC medications.

Vitamins are supplements, not medications.

As far as OTC medications please see the information in the link.

SFC (Join to see) - The staement that I am referring to as flawed is the following:

"When you get sick don't go to the hospital. If you don't trust the vaccine, how do you trust the treatment (which also isn't FDA fully certified). If you don't trust doctors or hospitals about the vaccine, how do you trust them for the treatment?"

Trusting or not trusting a vaccine is not the same as trusting or not trusting treatment. And trusting a doctor on one issue does not mean that the doctor is infallible. I have sought second opinions and been glad of it because the second opinion led to a successful course of treatment. Life is rarely all or nothing. That is why I said your conclusion is flawed.

Finally why does disagreement with you invariably lead to nastiness?

"Although there is only one approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), many medications are being tested."

"The FDA has granted an emergency use authorization for the rheumatoid arthritis drug baricitinib (Olumiant) to treat COVID-19 in some cases. Baricitinib is a pill that seems to work against COVID-19 by reducing inflammation and having antiviral activity. The FDA states baricitinib may be used in people who are hospitalized with COVID-19 who are on mechanical ventilators or need supplemental oxygen."

"Researchers are studying other potential treatments for COVID-19, including:

Antiviral drugs. In addition to remdesivir, other antiviral drugs being tested include favipiravir and merimepodib. Studies have found that the combination of lopinavir and ritonavir isn't effective.
Dexamethasone. The corticosteroid dexamethasone is one type of anti-inflammatory drug that researchers are studying to treat or prevent organ dysfunction and lung injury from inflammation. Studies have found that it reduces the risk for deaths by about 30% for people on ventilators and by about 20% for people who needed supplemental oxygen."

So there are other medications used that aren't fully certified.

I mentioned OTC meds or vitamins supplements because people say they won't get the vaccine until it's "fully certified" yet they're putting things that aren't "fully certified" or even FDA approved in their bodies every day.

Have a great day.

They did the same thing at Bliss; Fauci must have known something about the virus that keeps it from spreading at indoor dining on post.
