SPC Michael Terrell - I just figured it in my head, but I think it would be 1 in 660.... here is how I did it in my head.... 330,000,000 divided by 500,000.
Cross out 5 0s on each number = 3300 divided by 5
5 into 3300 = 660
Cross out 5 0s on each number = 3300 divided by 5
5 into 3300 = 660
